Alien 3 GENESIS

Alien 3 is Probe Software's 1992 action platformer based on the film, released for the Sega Genesis and many other systems by Acclaim. Ellen Ripley crash-lands on the prison planet Fiorina 161 and must rescue trapped prisoners before the Xenomorphs reach them.

Unlike the film, Ripley is heavily armed with a pulse rifle, flamethrower, grenade launcher and hand grenades. Each stage has a time limit, and a motion tracker shows where prisoners and aliens are hiding, so you have to balance exploration with speed. Its tense atmosphere made it one of the better movie licenses of the era.
