Cal Ripken Jr. Baseball GENESIS
About Cal Ripken Jr. Baseball
Cal Ripken Jr. Baseball is a 1992 baseball game published by Mindscape and endorsed by the Baltimore Orioles shortstop famous for his record consecutive-games streak. It offers exhibition games, a full league season and a home run derby.
The game had no official MLB license, so its teams use fictional names and rosters, with Ripken himself as the only real player. Despite that, its simple batting and pitching controls make it an easy pick-up-and-play baseball game for one or two players.
