Dragon Ball Z: Buyū Retsuden GENESIS
About Dragon Ball Z: Buyū Retsuden
Dragon Ball Z: Buyū Retsuden is a 1994 fighting game released in Japan for the Mega Drive, published by Bandai. It was the only Dragon Ball Z game to come out on Sega's 16-bit console.
Fighters like Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza and Cell battle in the air and on the ground. When the two fighters move far apart, the screen splits, recreating the long-range energy blasts from the anime. It was built for the three-button controller, so its controls are simpler than the SNES Butōden games, and it remains a curiosity for both Dragon Ball and Sega fans.
