Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time is Konami’s 1992 SNES conversion of its own 1991 arcade beat-’em-up, letting up to two players choose from all four Turtles to fight Shredder’s forces across a time-travel storyline that jumps between prehistoric, Wild West, and futuristic settings alongside present-day New York.
Its signature move — throwing enemies directly at the screen toward the player — became one of the most recognizable gags in the beat-’em-up genre.
