Cliffhanger GENESIS
About Cliffhanger
Cliffhanger is a 1993 action game based on the Sylvester Stallone film, released by Sony Imagesoft on several systems including the Sega Genesis. You play as mountain rescue climber Gabe Walker, who is caught up in a heist when criminals crash-land in the Rocky Mountains.
Most of the game is side-scrolling beat 'em up action against the gang, mixed with climbing and dangerous jumps across icy ledges. Some sections switch to snowboarding chases down the mountain. It follows the plot of the movie closely and is known for its tough difficulty.
