Columns GENESIS
About Columns
Columns is Sega's 1990 falling-block puzzle game, released in arcades and then on the Sega Genesis. Designed by Jay Geertsen, it became Sega's answer to Tetris.
Columns of three colored gems fall into the well. You can move them left and right and cycle the order of the gems before they land. Lining up three or more of the same color, horizontally, vertically or diagonally, makes them disappear, and the gems above fall to set off chain reactions. It's simple to learn and very addictive.
