Hook SNES
About Hook
Hook is a 1992 side-scrolling platformer for the Super NES, developed by Ukiyotei and published by Sony Imagesoft. Based on Steven Spielberg's 1991 film, it casts you as a grown-up Peter Pan who returns to Neverland to rescue his children from Captain Hook.
Peter fights pirates and wild creatures with a short sword. By collecting pixie dust from Tinker Bell, he can fly for short stretches, which opens up the levels in new directions. With a soundtrack based on John Williams' film score, it's often remembered as one of the better movie tie-ins on the SNES.
