Breath of Fire SNES

Breath of Fire is Capcom's 1993 role-playing game for the Super NES, published in North America by Square. You play as Ryu, a young member of the Light Dragon clan who can transform into powerful dragons, on a quest to stop the Dark Dragon empire and its emperor Zog from collecting the goddess keys and unleashing the goddess Tyr.

Ryu is joined by a party of eight allies, each with a unique field ability — Bo can hunt in the wild, Karn can pick locks and fuse with other party members, and Gobi can turn into a fish to travel underwater. Combined with turn-based battles, a day-and-night cycle and dragon transformations, it launched one of Capcom's longest-running RPG series.
