Dirt Trax FX SNES
About Dirt Trax FX
Dirt Trax FX is a 1995 motocross racing game for the Super NES, developed by Sculptured Software and published by Acclaim. Like Star Fox, it uses the Super FX chip to create 3D polygon tracks and riders.
You pick a rider and race across bumpy outdoor tracks and stadium courses full of jumps, tight corners and opponents who try to knock you off your bike. There are several bike classes and a split-screen mode for two players. It's an interesting early attempt at 3D motocross on 16-bit hardware.
