Cadillacs and Dinosaurs ARCADE

Cadillacs and Dinosaurs is Capcom’s 1993 beat-’em-up, adapted from Mark Schultz’s comic series Xenozoic Tales. Set five centuries after an ecological catastrophe forces dinosaurs and humans to share a ruined Earth, it follows mechanic-adventurer Jack “Cadillac” Tenrec and his allies as they fight through a story spanning dino-poachers, corrupt corporations, and prehistoric wildlife.

Running on the same CPS-1 hardware as Final Fight and Captain Commando, it distinguishes itself with an unusually strong environmental and licensed-property backdrop for the genre, plus a soundtrack and stage design that lean into its source comic’s dieselpunk-meets-Jurassic aesthetic rather than the generic urban settings typical of the era’s brawlers.
